68 ha homestead operated for 5 generations:

The castle is surrounded by some of his vineyard (see the tab “location”), with about 12 ha in the GRAVES from Bordeaux ( GRAVES + CERONS )

The wines produced have 3 colors:

• White : A.0.C Bordeaux & AOC Graves
• Rosé : Bordeaux Clairet
• Red : A.0.C Graves & A.0.C Cotes de Bordeaux & A.0.C Bordeaux

Details of grapes names:

11 ha Graves Red , 30 ha Cotes de Bordeaux , 20 ha Bordeaux Red , 1 ha Cérons , 6 ha Graves White

We believe that this could, among other things, influence the aging of wines by relying on natural parasites such as the absence of oxygen, constant temperature, minute light, etc.

And if the wine aged at sea does not oxidize, why not imagine it without adding sulphites, which are currently the only protective molecule in wine.
